As the U.S. presidential election approaches on November 5, various sensational revelations have begun to emerge, with Tesla Motors CEO and tech mogul Elon Musk at the center of the discussion. Reports indicate that Musk has been maintaining regular communication with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to a report by The Wall Street Journal, citing multiple current and former officials from the U.S., Europe, and Russia, Musk has been engaging in phone conversations with Putin regularly since 2022. During this period, the Tesla CEO has been actively campaigning for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, investing millions of dollars in Trump's electoral efforts. Trump has also promised Musk a position in his administration if elected.

Previously, there were strong rumors about Trump’s communications with Putin, with several parties claiming that he spoke to Putin multiple times even after leaving the White House. Musk's involvement in this situation has caused quite a stir.

The report highlights that Musk proposed not granting NATO membership to Ukraine in 2022. The following year, he refused to provide Starlink services to Kyiv for attacking Russian troops. Additionally, Musk has also allegedly benefited China by denying Taiwan access to Starlink services at Russia's request.

The report states that Musk and Putin have discussed various topics, including business and geopolitics. However, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov dismissed the Journal's report as "completely false."

In 2022, Musk admitted to having a conversation with Putin regarding space matters, but since then, no further communication details have been disclosed. Given that Musk is involved in several projects with NASA and other governmental organizations through SpaceX, concerns about national security have been raised by political analysts regarding his communications with Russia.
